Reference: Proposal letter regarding coming concerts schedule of  SPIC MACAY.

           First of all on behalf of SPIC MACAY Chittorgarh Chapter Committee, We would like to thank you and your institution for full co-operation during the last year 2010 in all the activities of our youth movement. Seasons Greeting to all of you. We are going to start Fest Series-2011's activities from 12 January with modified chapter committee. We have planned some famous artiste for this mont. The programs will be of all types of our heritage. We are giving the details of the artiste in this letter, if it is possible for you to take some artiste to perform for your institution, please revert back positively. If this time it will not be possible to have any concerts with you, as ever we also request to send students to our other program. We heartily welcome you to witness the rare concerts which are possible in Chittorgarh due to SPIC MACAY.

            Although SPIC MACAY is spending much more on each concerts but we require Rs 10,000/- per concert from your side, only. It should be in favor of SPIC MACAY Chittorgarh. The details are written at the backside of this page.  We hope you will see the matter and after discussion will reply us soon, or call us to meet personally to finalize the concerts.
