It is a matter of great pride and pleasure for Alwar Chapter that we have got an opportunity to host the Rajasthan Summer State Convention (22-24 July, 2011). We feel extremely delighted in cordially inviting you on behalf of SPIC MACAY, Rajasthan in this State Convention the details of which are as under:

Venue : Institute of Engineering and Technology, MIA, Alwar
The detailed schedule is attached with this letter. We heartily welcome you in this mega event where we all shall plan and discuss the forth coming LEC-DEM Series and other matters as per agenda under the guidance of the Founder Father and Chair Person of SPIC MACAY Padmashree Dr. Kiran Seth.
We are also having three concerts in this State Convention. On 22rd July Veena Vadan by Shri Zaki ahamadji on 23rd July Bhapang Vadan by Shri Umar Farooq and on 24th July Odisi Dance by Ms. Ayona Bhaduri.
As directed by the State Coordination we would request you to bring the following papers, documents in this Convention:
Audited Accounts Report of Year 2010-11 (and other previous years if not produced earlier), Activity Report, Bank Statements, Active Members Contacts list, Publicity Material made in your Chapter, Newspaper Cuttings, National Sponsors Photographs with artiste, Photographs of National Sponsors Banner of Venues.
We also request you to kindly confirm the participation from your chapter/sub-chapter by 7th of July (by Email or by Telephone) so that we can make the arrangements accordingly and organize the convention in a very effective manner.
