As you all must be aware that we have a collaboration with Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, under which we can organise SPIC MACAY performances(lecture demonstrations/Workshops) in various NAVODYA VIDYALAYAS across the country.The Head-Quarter of NVS has identified some school where we can conduct the programs. However, it is felt that we can also increase the number of Navodaya Vidyalayas where we can organize SPICMACAY programmes by directly contacting the Regional/concerned Vidyalaya Heads(Dy.Commissioners/
Miss Kaveri Bhattacharjee, who is working in the Kendriya Vidyalaya at Krishnagar, West Bengal will be spearheading coordination for the JNVs b'coz of her experience with Kendriya Vidyalayas(being a KV employee) since both JNVs and KVs have somewhat similiar organizational and work set up. I am sure you will kindly coordinate with her to make it a successful coordination. I invite each of you, to get in touch with her, for support/follow up in your region.

Also find the attached the letter from the Headquarter of N.V . SPIC MACAY would be getting Rs.25000 from each performance.
